As has become somewhat of a routine, I bought a spot on a night bus to travel from Salta to Cordoba. I eventually fell asleep only to be jolted awake at a little after 6 in the morning. I felt the impact and heard the crunching then as I woke up I looked out the window and saw the burning remains of a car. After throwing on my shoes and scrambling out of the bus into the cold night air, I finaly stepped back and saw how bad the car was. No one in the bus was hurt but the two people in the car were dead almost instantly, there was no effort to try to save them. After getting driven to the police station to swear out a statement along with the other passengers, the bus company called cabs to drive us the rest of the way into town.
