The remains of the car were pretty shocking. I was very glad that it was only a car and not a semi truck or other bus, otherwise our end would have been much worse. Aparently the driver of the car fell asleep at the wheel and swerved into the oncoming lane where the bus could not avoid him. Other than being a little shaken at having witnessed a double fatality accident, I am fine. I am in Cordoba today and will be leaving for Mendoza tomorrow night. From there it will be on to Santiago, Chile and then further north.
